Syed Saqib Ahmed has been playing professional golf for over six years but the realisation that there is a lot more to life came recently and the way to it hasn’t been easy.

When the mind is cluttered, getting lost is easy. Be it drowning in excess information in the quest of getting better or the subsequent frustration almost leading to snapping ties with a sport he has pursued for 21 years.
It was the love for golf that held Saqib back, and now he has some more cheer.

The season’s first top-four on the Professional Golf Tour of India at Pune last week has set Saqib up for next week’s Tour Championship in Jamshedpur, but he is refusing to look too far ahead.
