Daniel Berger (1st, -11) seeks his fifth career PGA Tour title and third consecutive season with a win at the Honda Classic (2016 FedEx St. Jude Classic, 2017 FedEx St. Jude Classic, 2020 Charles Schwab Challenge, 2021 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am).

He ties largest 54-hole lead/co-lead in event history and largest at PGA National (5; 1991/Steve Pate, 2011/Rory Sabbatini).

The last player to lead by five or more strokes through 54 holes, compete in the final round and fail to convert to victory on Tour: Dustin Johnson/2017 WGC-HSBC Champions/Led by 6 strokes).

Two bogeys through 54 holes (R2/par-3 15th R3/par-5 18th), ties fewest by a player through three rounds in the event (4th instance, most recent: 2012/Tom Gillis).

Seeks a third top-10 finish in his seventh Honda Classic start (2nd/2015, T4/2020); WD before round one in 2021 (injury).

One top-10 in three starts this season (T5/Sentry Tournament of Champions); comes off a missed cut in his most recent start (WM Phoenix Open).

Adam Svensson (6th/-5) leads the field in birdies with 16, two more than the next best player; seeks second top-10 of the season (T7/Sony Open in Hawaii).

Chris Kirk (T2/-6) is in search of a fifth career TOUR title and first since the 2015 Charles Schwab Challenge; Best finishes in nine starts this season: T14/THE CJ CUP @ SUMMIT, T14/WM Phoenix Open.

Argentina’s Martin Contini, one of three Open Qualifiers to make the cut, is T7 after 54 holes in his PGA TOUR debut.

Sponsor exemption Andrew Kozan, who played as a Single in the first tee time, posted a 2-under 68 and is T19.
