
It has not been long since Chaitanya Pandey stepped up to compete with the amateur gentlemen, and while the scores may not have necessarily reflected the progress all the time, every outing has been about getting better.

The learnings have been noted all through and implemented well going forward. Event 3 of the Indian Golf Union‘s North Zone Amateur Feeder Tour 2025, organsied by Ace Golf, was another week when Chaitanya displayed the progress by shooting under-par on both days of competition at the Classic Golf and Country Club.

Starting with a two-under 70, Chaitanya rounded it off with a 71 to finish with a final score of three-under 141 for a comfortable five-shot win over Vedant Jain, who had rounds of 74 and 72 for a total score of 146.
Naveen Rathi (75, 72) and Vijayant Pundir (74, 73) were in a tie for the third spot at 147 but the former was better placed on account of his lower Day 2 card.

Among the ladies, Nandita Kumar grabbed the top spot on the podium with a slender one-shot margin over Myra Kumar.
Nandita started steady with a 74, but the final day saw her struggle to a 78 and a total of 152.
Myra shot rounds of 77 and 76 and finished a shot adrift at 153.
Yaashna Duggal (89, 86) and Angel Rai (84, 91) tied at 175, but Yaashna finished higher on account of her final day score.
