The Board of Control for Cricket in India has offered annual contracts to 28 senior cricketers – the Annual Player Contracts for Team India (Senior Men) for the period from October 2020 to September 2021.

Skipper Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma and mainstay in India’s pace attack Jasprit Bumrah are the only three players named in the elite A+ bracket, worth ₹ 7 crore.

Eight others, including veteran Shikhar Dhawan, Ravindra Jadeja, Rishabh Pant and R Ashwin, are in the ₹ 5 crore Grade A.

There are five players in Grade B and 10 in Grade C.

The payment structures for Team India (Senior Men) are as under:
