Mumbai, March 15. – The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has invited bids to provide services in relation to the design, hosting and maintenance of the digital properties of BCCI through a tender process.

The cricket control board has accordingly issued the following two Requests for Proposal (RFPs):

  1. For Digital Properties of BCCI – BCCI website (www.bcci.tv) and BCCI Mobile Applications for BCCI’s international and domestic Matches (“BCCI Digital Properties”); and
  2. For Digital Properties of IPL – IPL website (iplt20.com) and IPL Mobile Applications for IPL Matches (“IPL Digital Properties”)

The detailed services, terms and conditions governing the submission and evaluation of bids including eligibility requirements and performance obligations are contained in the RFPs.

The interested parties can avail the RFPs against a payment of ₹100,000 (Rupees one lakh only) along with the applicable GST. The RFPs can be obtained till March 31, 2021. For further details the parties may write an email to rfp@bcci.tv.

The bidders will be free to bid for either one or both the services.

The BCCI has reserved the right at its discretion to cancel or amend the bidding process at any stage without providing any reason.

The board has further clarified that the bidders will have to fulfill the mandatory criterion for a successful bid. Merely buying the RFP(s) does not entitle the purchaser to bid. However, it is mandatory to buy the RFP(s) for submitting the bid proposal.
