Since he got back on PGTI late September following the long layoff due to a muscle tear, Angad Cheema is happy to report that the right shoulder has taken the strain. Despite playing with the head down, and the eyes on his check list and not the leaderboard, Angad has fared well.

Having said so, the shoulder still needs to be cared for. Before and after every round, Angad spends 15 minutes working on the shoulder. So, when a round like Thursday’s 7-under 65 comes along, which placed him two off the lead at the Vooty Masters, it’s a dilemma of sorts.

While Angad refuses to get ahead of himself, he knows nothing short of the ‘A’ game will do at the Vooty Golf County, keeping with the trend on Tour these days.
